At Trainwithbiff, we are committed to providing high-quality personal training services. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.
 

All Sales Are Final
 

All purchases of personal training sessions, packages, and programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 12 hours’ notice.

Failure to cancel with at least 12 hours' notice may result in a $10 late cancellation fee.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.

Missed Sessions

​

Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

​

Packages & Programs

​

Training packages and programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any unused sessions may expire after a specified period, if applicable.

Medical Exceptions

​

In certain cases involving injury or medical conditions, exceptions may be considered at our discretion with appropriate documentation.
